connectStep 1

Connect your POS with Foodpanda delivery platform

Two options you can choose from to connect your POS with Foodpanda

1. Through your POS provider.

If your POS provider is already integrated with Foodpanda, you will be onboarded to receive orders via your POS within 1-2 weeks. Please sign up here to get started.

2. Build your own POS plugin.

This option is only suitable for POS companies. Learn more about POS plugin development here or sign up here to talk with us.

menuStep 2

Push your menu

Optionally, you can update the menu via your POS. If you'd like to connect with Foodpanda platform via your POS provider, please consult the provider if this function can be enabled.

receive orderStep 3

Receive the orders

Once we confirm all the configurations are set, we will book a date with you to start receiving Foodpanda orders via your POS. During the configuration, you can choose to accept/reject orders via your POS directly or via Foodpanda device.

deliveryStep 4

Order delivered or picked up

Prepared orders will be delivered by our riders or your logistics when the order type is delivery. In case of pick-up orders, the customers will pick up the orders at your restaurant.
